Spring unlocks the flowers to paint the laughing soil.

SPRINGTIME

“Spring makes its own statement, so loud and clear that the gardener seems to be only one of the instruments, not the composer.

Geoffrey B. Charlesworth, Author - Gardener

I wandered lonely as a cloud that floats on high o'er vales and hills, when all at once I saw a crowd, a host, of golden daffodils; beside the lake, beneath the trees, fluttering and dancing in the breeze. On the threshold of spring, we begin to notice a quiet awakening within. The intentions that we set during the long days of winter, both for ourselves and our children, may have lain dormant these past months, but now we see the first green heads pushing through and realize that the dawn of something new is upon us. Spring is the season of hope and renewal when, encouraged by the increase of light and warmth, we find the energy to take the necessary action that can push the tentative new beginning into full awakening.

Spring is green, tender, and alive. It’s the childhood stage of the seasons of transitions where innocence and purity permeate the atmosphere. While there are certain cozy comforts to associate with winter, the coldest season is not always a wonderland, so who could deny the appeal of the yearly thaw. When the snow begins to melt, green buds appear on tree branches, and frigid gales transition to cool breezes, all signs point to good days to come. With April showers and May flowers ahead of us, spring is certainly on its way.

It was one of those March days when the sun shines hot and the wind blows cold, when it is summer in the light and winter in the shade. It’s a time of new beginnings and fresh starts. Spring is undoubtedly the most-awaited and anticipated season globally. Spring arrives with a sudden warmth of the sun and marks the end of the winter’s stony cold breezes. The first day of spring brings many promises of happiness and prosperity, and people rejoice in their positive energy and vigor with excited hearts!

Spring is a time of rebirth that you can sense all around you. It’s not only that the trees start blooming again and the leaves, flowers and birds seem to burst into life again after a long period of resting. In the same way, rebirth is also happening in our bodies. This is a time when your body is naturally increasing in energy. It’s like the sap is also flowing in our veins – filled with more energy.

Little wonder, then, that when spring finally does come around, its hallmark heralds — sweet, cleansing rains and blooms bursting with newborn color — bring joy to our souls.
