Euphorbia – Martinii Ascot Rainbow

Sun/Pt. Shade Perennial | Martin’s Spurge
The unique variegated foliage of ‘Ascot Rainbow’ is phenomenal and looked fantastic in any garden from spring through fall. Its narrow leaves are eye catching with yellow, green, and light green foliage. Leaves turn deep red in winter and during the cooler months the foliage at the ends of the stems becomes flushed with shades of red, pink, and orange.
Euphorbia x martinii ‘Ascot Rainbow’ grows to 24″ in both full sun and part shade. This plant would make a fabulous specimen in a brightly colored patio container and will undoubtedly add flair to the garden. As an added bonus, it is highly heat and drought tolerant.

Totally living up to its name, ‘Ascot Rainbow’ Euphorbia shows off a “rainbow” of foliage and flower colors throughout the year. A heat-tolerant plant with low water needs that’s a fuss-free choice for containers and garden beds. Ascot Rainbow Euphorbia is ideal for use as an accent or in groupings in garden beds and containers. Perfect for rock gardens and a fine addition to the Xeriscape (low water needs). Ascot Rainbow Euphorbia is very easy to grow in most any somewhat dry well-drained soil of average to even poor fertility and full sun to part shade. The more sun the fuller the plant. We suggest at least 6 hours of direct sunlight per day for overall performance. Care and maintenance are minimal. Feed in spring with an organic plant food.
