Late August through early September is the perfect window to establish a new lawn (or repair an existing one) with seed. The warm soil insures fast germination and the cooler fall weather that follows mimics the climates these grasses are native to. Grass is a plant and plants need water to survive, especially in the hot and humid summer months, and coming off the August we’ve just experienced we all were more than a little thirsty this year.
With the autumn coming to a close, and the first frost approaching, you might want to salvage all of your herbs this winter. Thankfully, you can! One great option is to move your herbs indoors, however only a few herbs will be able to survive indoors.
Goffle Brook Farms is happy to announce that we are having a raffle open to local residents! The winner of the raffle will be chosen on October 25th, and on the 26th or 27th the prize will be awarded. The prize includes a $250 value exterior home autumn decor bundle
Autumn is a great time to decorate not only your home but the interior of your home. This year Goffle Brook Farms has plenty of great autumn decor in store. Along with that, Goffle Brook Farms is going to be teaching how to make pumpkin centerpieces and let you make your own at Goffle Brook Farms.
